What's Run4Her

Run4Her is more than a race — it's a movement of remembrance, resilience, and hope.

We run for her —
For the women and girls who never got the chance to leave.
For the survivors who found their way out and are reclaiming their lives.
For those still in the darkness, waiting for a light.

Every step we take is in honor of lives lost to domestic violence, a stand beside those still finding their strength, and a promise to never stop fighting for a world where everyone is safe, valued, and free.

Whether you're running in memory, in solidarity, or in your own healing, know this: you are not alone. Together, we are louder than silence and stronger than fear. Together, we Run4Her.-

Every mile moved and every dollar raised helps us rewrite someone’s future — a portion of all proceeds goes to our survivor scholarship program, turning pain into purpose and honoring those we’ve lost with hope for those still here.

The Run4Her Story

Run4Her began with grief — families left shattered after losing their daughters to domestic violence. Their hearts broken, their lives forever changed, but their spirits not silenced.

In the face of unimaginable loss, these families chose to rise. They came together not just to mourn, but to make meaning from their pain. What started as a way to honor their daughters' memories — by providing scholarships in their names — quickly grew into something greater. A community. A cause. A movement.

Run4Her was born from love and transformed by purpose.

Today, it stands for every woman, every survivor, and every story. We run not just to remember, but to empower. We run for the mothers, sisters, daughters, and friends still trapped in silence. For the ones who made it out. And for the ones who never had the chance.

We invite you to be part of this movement. Let your footsteps carry a message of hope. Let your heart beat in rhythm with theirs. Whether you run, walk, cheer, or give — know that every action helps keep their memory alive and gives voice to those who need it most.

Run for her. Because her story deserves to be told — and because together, we can write a new one.
